I have some footage from a client and it’s 25fps interlaced. Just need to trim it and add lower thirds so what’s the fastest way to do this? It’s in .mp4 so when I convert to h264 should I change frame rate to 24, 23.97 or just keep it in 25 and export it differently in FCP. Or keep it 25 all the way?

It’s for online and digital delivery

If you change frame rate it will slow the footage down 4%. Unless you are intercutting with another frame rate you could leave it as 25 all the way as it doesn’t matter on the web.
