dead multibridge pro number 2
Just got a multibridge today, but it was dead on arrival.
Second time this has happened. Same thing happened to me in the states in May.Want to support the home team (been living in melbourne for the last 6 years) but 2 DOA’s in a row ain’t good.
And if it had worked, one of the BNC connections on the back looked a bit iffy. Surface mounted by the looks of things. Hmmm.
The box it came in looks like the prime suspect. No foam. Just a thin layer of cardboard to proect it against the rigours of couriers, etc. I’m all for eco-friendly, but this is ridiculous.
Grant, mate, I know you want to keep the price down, but I’d happily pay a bit more for some foam and better build quality on the casing and connectors.

We went through two DOAs at our studio as well…Apparently not an isolated problem. Gotta do better.
