I’ve got some sad footage to which many many effects have been added and many codecs applied. I’m asking about plugins or filters because I’d like to be able to be able to keyframe the intensity of the de-blocking.

I’ve de-interlaced but that wasn’t enough. I’ve been trying to create some kind of overlay in Studio Artist that will hide some of the worst of the pixelation, but haven’t come up with anything good. The footage is here: Any suggestions….? It’s 640 X 480 Apple ProResHQ (haha). Help? And yes, I know it would be better to start over, but I can’t. This is the footage I have to work with.

I don’t mind if it looks weird as long as it’s cute and not too blurry.
