  DCP or DVD for VHS Source Material

  Hello All!

  Not sure I’m posting on the right forum…but…

  I’m preparing to project an experimental documentary (shot on VHS) at an outdoor drive-in movie theater. The drive-in can screen from a DVD or DCP.

  My first inclination is to make a DCP of the film, however I’m reconsidering because the VHS quality/resolution is so low, perhaps it makes no difference if it’s screened via DCP or DVD.

  Any advice or thoughts are much appreciated.
