For a Laptop, and a Desk top PC, what are the minimum hardware requirements for DaVinci Resolve capture? Can it be done with a webcam? I mainly need the waveform monitor for setting up a green screen. Or, does anyone have a suggestions for video waveform monitor software?
    Thank you

Resolve only works with blackmagic design capture cards. It will only capture if you send a video feed through one of those capture cards.

Blackmagic publish minimum and recommended specs on their support pages. Plus Decklink I/O required. If you are doing live capture to web then maybe the new Extreme thunderbolt 3 box with built in H265 encoding might be worth considering.
