    Hi Peter.
Would/Should you select this option when running a single GFX card for both GUI/GPU ?

Along with the optimize option ?

    Thanks

no. But you should check optimize for SDI or whatever it’s called.

    Hi!

The option to have the display GUI do GPU computation is absent in my version.

    i7-2600K
    16gb ram
    win7 ultimate
    quadro 600
    gtx 580

Do you have a full version of Resolve?

In your GPU configuration I wouldn’t recommend it anyway. It’s recommended when you have equally capable GPUs, so for example dual GTX 680, or a GTX 690 (effective 2 GPUs on the same card).

Just using the lite version for now. Another gtx 580 would be a good add, I’m guessing. Good to know!

    Thanks, Rohit.

Yes you can get pretty much double the speed with additional GPU if you are GPU processing bound.
