Hello all, we have just posted on the BMD support site, https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/, DaVinci Resolve 9.0.4 for Mac, Windows and Linux. There are also Resolve Lite for Mac and Windows releases.

9.0.4 offers a number of stability and performance improvements. As there is no database update required its a quick and simple update that we recommend downloading and installing when you can.

Does anyone else get funky effects on the video out when setting the transparency of the timecode overlay ?
Also the letters just around when passing the frames into a new second…clack…clack..clack…they need to be locked in place to not be disturbing.

No, it was a stability update, and you are correct, none of your requests to convert Resolve into PhotoShop were implemented.

Neither was my request for telepathic control over the trackballs and UI to avoid me from buying a control surface

    Maybe next version

Peter…still waiting for Missile Command so I can play on the Resolve Control Surface Panel…the trackballs are perfect for it. Thought I heard you said after that drink it’ll be in 9.0.4…or maybe it was my drink 🙂

    here it go again:
Tay, I read all your posts and there are zero interest to me, even more they are very boring. So please don’t insult me public.

yeah Peter, and what about Siri integration with Resolve? Like…Siri, can you split the difference?
Or Siri, why it’s taking so long???

Then perhaps you should write your own zero bug software and stop wasting your time here writing things that are of zero use to anyone.
