July 13, 2012 at 5:38 amIs it safe to upgrade from 8.2.1 now while in the middle of a project? If there’s any risk of messing up the project I won’t since 9 will be out soon anyway and I’m having zero issues with the older version.

July 13, 2012 at 12:36 pmSetting panel in preferences to None – restart resolve – set to your panel – restart. This fixed it for me.

July 13, 2012 at 3:20 pmReading between the lines 9 won’t be out soon… if they are readying 8 for the camera release then 9 will not land till autumn (fall if you prefer).

July 15, 2012 at 4:34 pmIBC is only a couple of months away. I’m sure one of the new “major” announcements is going to be “DaVinci Resolve 9 is available today”; of course with a few new features to get everybody exited.
