I am grading right now in Davinci Resolve LITE a project with Red 4K files. But the lite version just have an output of 1080p.
If i upgrade to the full version of Resolve, can i open the LITE project files in the full version to finish in 4K/2K?

    thnx, jules

don’t take my word for it, but I was told that one could grade a 4k job in lite (from your small basement grading studio for example) and then take the project over to a full davinci facility to output 4k. I have never tested this my self so I can’t guarantee this info, but the person who told me this was a seasoned davinci colorist, who was giving me training at the time.

Yes you should be able to.

Hi – I’d be interested in this workflow – Using 4k red in lite, and moving over to full version for final touches and output…

And does Lite do a good job of debayering to 1080?
