When it’s no longer beta software – i.e. Blackmagic, unlike many other companies these days is honest and they don’t release software that’s not been thoroughly tested without letting their customers know the true state of the software development. So, you’ll have wait a few months before you’re likely to see 12.5 on the App Store.

Meanwhile, what functionality does the paid version do for you that the free version does not do?

    Hi David,

Mainly the DeNoiser and Motion Blur.
But to start to get in touch with it,
I can have the 12.5 Lite version as well.
Can I install the Studio and Lite version Patrao on the same system,
Without them interfering with one another?

    Greetings,

    Sascha.

[Sascha Engel] “Without them interfering with one another?”

It has been advised against in the past. The way to approach it is to create a separate boot so that the two apps have no chance of seeing each other.
