Data rates
I know I’m supposed to know this since I’ve been shooting, editing and posting videos for quite some time now. But, either I forgot how or never really knew, take your pick. Add to that, I’m and old man suffering from terminal CRS (Can’t Remember Stuff).
Using FCP 6.06, and compressor I constantly struggle with this. I end up trying a number of codecs. I upload one to vimeo and it comes back telling me my video bits are too few and my audio too big. So I try another. And another…
So, if anyone cares to comment or ‘steer’ me to someplace where my tired eyes may glean insight into bits, bytes and booze, I would greatly appreciate it…

You can always try The GTI (google that information) It’s very good for The CRS 😉
