Darkened Colors
Hi, I’m experiencing a gray color that come out darker than the color I sampled from. I checked the indexes for both sampled and produced colors, it’s #B3B3B3. I checked the opacity settings as well. I switched the dark object to the layer the sampled object is in, that didn’t prove anything to me.
Does anyone have any idea? I have the file attached. Thank you.

Found out the issue. I had an ‘appearance’ object activated on a path. I had to clear this in order to stop the shape of the layer from affecting the color of other objects.
