Damaged TV and aged Video effect plug-ins needed, or how to!!!!

A wee bit of such fake filters goes a long way to communicate BAD TV. use with caution. Just watch one episode of CSI to see how absurd the “effects” of video monitor, playback, and surveillance camera footage can be.

My favorite way to create these effects is to always shoot it off a screen or capture it live.
