DAE Error in MC5.0
Z800 12 core, 12gig RAM, FX3800, MC5.0
I’m trying to add some compression to VO tracks in an SD project. When I launch the Audio Suite I get the following error. I checked the path listed in the error and there’s no such folder or file on the drive.
It’s a new system, no previous install of the plugins. Any ideas on how to fix this?

On a new Install, make sure the very first thing you do is to open Avid and create a project logged in as the “Administrator” for the computer and not just a user with administrative rights. That was almost always the problem for me.

Thanks for the reply Ricky. The only account on the system is Admin. Any other ideas?
