D5 FCP 5.1 No deck control
We’ve used our D5 many times, and for some reason we have lost deck control. We know it’s not a final touch issue because we’ve lost it on our other machines as well. We took the Rs-422 and plugged it into a digibeta and we WERE able to get deck control. We don’t know why the D5 suddenlyl won’t recognize deck control.. Any Thoughts?

Maybe if we know what card, OS, FCP version and content you are ediitng one of use may have some experience

And obviously you made sure the D5 was set for the 9pin to be the controller? Every time I get a D5 rental deck I have to find that buried menu again….
