what is the best (easiest)way to shorten a completed project when you have multiple timelines (12) to cross and you need to take 14 seconds out here and 21 seconds there? Cutting out parts of finished production to get it into desired final length. I thought maybe “select all-copy-split at start and end of piece to come out-delete everything in the center but must not be doing something right. Thanks

What I find easiest is to drop a marker at the start and end of the segment I want to delete, double-click between the markers to highlight it and press Delete.
You may want to enable Auto Ripple so that everything moves up to take the place of the deleted section.
Delete the markers when you’re done.
