cut up and jittery playback in AE
Whenever I import footage over about 30 seconds long into AE it becomes jittery, the audio stays the same, but the video constantly skips back and forth, cutting to random frames in the footage.
This is beginning to get rather frustrating and I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this and whether this is just a general problem with AE or if I am doing something to make this happen.
