    I searched. Anybody know how to do this? The cut out look on people. I assume it take some rotoscoping. Any tutorials exist? I tried a good old google search and even around here.

    Even a tidbit i the right direction would be highly appreciated. I just want the to be be 2d and flat and move with the cookie cutter outline.

    just make em, layer em and keyframe em.

    There’s an Aftereffects tutorial on this on the COW, look for the keyword “JUNO” because it’s a copy of how the opening titles for JUNE were done with this look.
