November 9, 2008 at 3:24 pmA bezier mask (part of Pan/Crop) with feathering would probably be the best tool to use for this.
Depending on how closely the two shots match, you may need to do some keyframing to keep it looking realistic. -

November 9, 2008 at 3:39 pmGo into Pan/Crop on the image event and use the Mask tool to create a mask around the mouth. Set the mask Mode to Negative to create a hole in the image where the mouth once was.

November 9, 2008 at 9:09 pmIs it possible to crop and move the mask around to make it fit? I couln`t figure out how to do it in mask mode.. Do you use another effect to make it more realistic.. Make the edges smoother for example..

November 9, 2008 at 9:43 pmYou can animate the mask by adding keyframes. You can soften the edges by using the feather type in the mask tool.
