Cut and paste between timelines?
As a last resort in trying to get a FCPX project into resolve, I am going to try and ‘chunk’ my project into 1 or 2 minute sections BEFORE I export as XML.
Before I attempt this, can any Resolve users tell me if its possible to easily cut and paste between timelines in the edit page of Resolve 11?

Yes.
HIghlight the clips you wish to copy, right click “Copy”, position cursor on target timeline, “Paste”.
Probably does not corrupt an XML workflow, but I can’t guarantee robust round-tripping with AAF.
