Customize the size of a MPEG2
I would like to make an MPEG2 file with a small size, like 320×240.
I’m using Compressor 1.2.1 but it don -

Compressor 2 can do a 320×240 MPEG-1. MPEG-2 doesn’t really give you much of an advantage for progressive low bitrate content, FWIW.
