  • Customize Keyboard shortcuts in AE7

    hi all

i’m running AE7 and was wondering if there’s a way to customize keyboard shortcuts…for example to use the ‘z’ key to zoom in/out of the timeline (which for some reason they don’t do in AE, but pretty much every other Adobe app they do…)

    any help is appreciated

do a search on your system for “Adobe After Effects 7.0 Shortcuts”

you’ll find a txt-file that’s not difficult to decypher or edit, and that allows you to change the keyboard shortcut for every AE function that can be called from a shortcut.
