Is there a way to transfer custom workspaces from one computer to another

I’m not sure if this will work, but maybe…

C/ Doc’s & Set’s/ *user*/ App’n Data/ Adobe/ Adobe Illustrator *ver.* Settings/ Workspaces.

Mac
I’m not sure, probably wherever the user’s app settings are?
