Custom option unavailable in Trapecode Partilcular particle type setting
Hello Everybody…
I have been using trapecode particular for long. Recently I noticed while following a video tutorial and making a particle stream.
The idea is to replace particles with the ones created in 3d animation program (brought into AE project).
When I click open the particle type it doesn’t show the ‘Custom’ option and thus preventing replacing the default particles. Here is a reference image of what is happening.
Can anyone give me any idea?

CHoose SPRITE or TEXTURED POLYGON in that pull up menu, then below that select the layer that the custom particle is on in the comp.

I believe that you have Particular 2 or above as custom option has been replaced in the new versions.
