CUSTOM EFFECTS BIN doesn’t open in own PANEL
Can someone tell me why the CUSTOM EFFECTS BIN doesn’t open in a PANEL? Other bins open in their own panel that should be the protocol.
Custom Panels are always at the bottom of the Panel!

Correction:
CUSTOM EFFECTS BINS are always at the bottom of the EFFECTS Panel!

That is were they always have been, cannot change that.
