I have DV CAM footage shot at 16:9 which I am editing. However, for the final DVD output, I want to crop the footage slightly top and bottom to make it appear slightly more widescreen. When exporting using compressor, if the footage was 16:9 uncropped, you flag it as this, but as the footage will be slightly thinner, how do I flag it? Because I don’t want to mark it as 16:9 to find that it stretches the footage back up to this ratio…any ideas?
