  Custom Arrowheads on Stroke

  I seem to recall that there was a way to create customized arrowheads for the STROKE function in past versions of AI. Is this a functionality available in CC?

  I want to create a very specific shape for the beginning and ends of my strokes rather than having to create them as separate elements and trying to line them up.
