Cursor position
I there someway that I can set things so that when I move from one comp to another, the cursor remains exactly where it was the last time I was looking at the comp? I guess AE moves it if the comps are nested. Is there someway to disable that? Probably my biggest annoyance.

Took me a second to relize you mean the Current Time Indicator(CTI). Go to Edit > Preferences > General and check “Synchronize Time of All Related Items”
