    Cursor on menue skipps buttons

    Dear friends,

    DVD that on my DVD player (Pioneer) worked without problems, on my client’s DVD player (Zenith) it skips the buttons once arrow button on the remote is pressed.

    Menu has five buttons (chapters) and two buttons that are linked to menus with active DVD@access (for the internet link). I used Template – Filmstrip Index. I am using DVD Pro 4.
    Is there any known cause for skipping?
    How can I prevent this occurrence when building menus?
    Should I use the other program for DVD authoring?

    Please help.

    It seems that the problem is malfunction of the player that client has – not with the authoring.
