  • Current Frame Render Ok, Manual render Messes up?

Basically Im doing a render, and Ive got AO and GI enabled. I have a sphere with my GI texture on it. Then a compositing tag so that i can render out my object with an alpha.

at about frame 120 our of 180 my object moves and it looks like theres some sort of weird shadow or something across the screen of my object when i render the frames in manual. at 1 – 180.

i obviously dont want the shadow, so when i render current frame the error isnt there.

    Any ideas?

Sounds like it might be a GI cache issue. Are you rendering in full animation GI mode?

im in just the default IR camera mode. Do you think it would benefit to switch to a different mode or clear the cache?

I’m not quite clear on your scene, but if the sphere is moving then you can’t use camera mode. That only works if the camera is the only thing the scene that’s moving.

I have a phone inside a sphere with the gi texture on it and the phone animates.
