  Curing Doubled frame Rates

  Hello.
  Here’s my problem. I have to mov files and both files were created at different frames rates. I have to make one continuous looping video with the mov files. When I put the footage together in After Effects one of the clips is still doubling the frame rate. I tried “conforming to frame rate” having both files at the same rate 23.976 and also making the composition’s frame rate to 23.976. The footage is still doubling the frame rate.

  Any suggestions?
