CS6 print to tape issue
I can not get PP CS6 to print to my Sony 1500A via firewire. When I take the same SD footage and put it into Final Cut Pro 7, it prints just fine.

Print to Tape is THE weak link in Premiere Pro. I would suggest contacting Adobe Tech Support to ensure that everything is set up correctly on your system.
