CS6: “Internal Error” on DVD build (burn to disk)
I’m trying to burn my DVD with menus to a DVD-R but I just get an “Internal error.” pop up every time. I’ve tried with two different disks (same set) with the same result. How do I fix this? I need to burn this to DVD ASAP and I don’t want to lose my DVD menus etc.

“Internal errors” come in lots of flavors. They are not always easy to solve. But start by indicating waht the specific error is. What operating system? Did you transcode your assets first (or is this happening at the same time as the build)?

Just had the same problem in CS6 Encore on Mac OS 9.2.
After reading some very old and some new posts online I looked at my timeline and noticed that for some reason all my Encore chapter markers – which I had put in in Premiere – had somehow multiplied. So there were now two of the same markers (at least they had the same names and properties). Only they were exactly one frame apart. After deleting all doubles everything worked fine.Peter
