    Hi all

I had to reinstall CS5 after the Media Encoder stopped functioning. However now the MPE has disappeared. I have an HP workstation with NVIDIA GTX470 card, 16g ram.

I tried installing the new NVIDIA drivers released last week but no luck.

    Appreciate any suggestions.

MPE is still there (it refers to 64-bit support and multi-threading primarily); GPU acceleration is probably greyed out.

Have you run Adobe updates? Looks like 5.03 enables GTX-470:

    Hi Alex

That was exactly it. I was so glad to get Media Encoder running I totally forgot about updating. Thanks for your help
