CS4/Windows 7 optimization
Hello
I am new to Adobe products and am building 4 HP z400 CPUs with Windows 7, 16GB RAM, and the Nvidia FX3800 graphics card. I am used to building Avid machines and they typically require a few tweaks to optimize the system. Are there any similar tweaks I should be concerned about for these systems? I have been googling around but haven’t found anything too specific yet so I wanted to see what you all thought. Oh, these systems will be connected to a Facilis Terrablock via fiber as well as interconnected with a K2 playout server.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Cool thanks. So it looks like the main things to check are the virtual memory and start up items. No BIOS tweaks? I’m assuming I should take the Vista notes and apply to Win7 where applicable?
