On my windows xp workstation, I take advantage of my multiple monitors and nvidia 4500 card to keep multiple programs running side by side (eg. photoshop and after effects). I work in “horizontal span” as opposed to “dualview” mode. Nvidia provides a utility called nView which among other things locates a small icon in the windows “title bar”. This icon allows a user to quickly “maximize a window to the current display” or “throw a window to the next display”. I find these tools very convenient. PROBLEM: Some applications in the CS4 set (notably photoshop) have eliminated the windows title bar, and located a menu in the space that my nView buttons occupy. See the attached illustration. This problem renders my nView buttons inoperable, although they pop up and obscure the menu. My question is this: Is there a way on a windows machine to restore the windows title bar? If not, is there a way to hide or relocate the problem menu?

    Thanks for your help,

    Matt
