I have all of my scenes completed as sequences. Now I want to build my film but when I put my sequences together in a new timeline something is happening to the audio. It is no longer synced up to the sequence. Anybody have any experience with this problem?? THANK YOU!!

First question in response would be is the audio all out of sync from beginning to end or is it slipping where it starts in sync and becomes out of sync gradually?

I started a new timeline. Then dragged in 3 sequeces. The first two are fine. When it comes to the 3rd sequence the audio is out of sync and sounds like it is a different audio track, plus it’s distored as well.

Each sequence, by itself, has no issues. The probelm is when I drag Sequence #1, #2 and #3 into a new timeline. #1 & #2 play back to back with no issues but as soon a #3 plays the audio goes haywire. Would it be easier to upload the file to this post?

    Thanks,
    Scott

Is haywire a technical term? You still didn’t answer my question. Is the audio drifting? Or is it entirely off from beginning to end?

By drifting I mean that when you get to that sequence, does it slowly get more and more out of sync, or is it just off sync by the same amount the whole sequence?

If it’s the one sequence, I’d say check that sequence.
