CS4 Multicamera: 2 Source Cameras
I want to end up with a single DVD with 4 sections (under 1:30 hour total)
1. On Camera Introduction
2. Dance Group Performance 1
3. Dance Group Performance 2
4. Dance Group Performance 3I shot with two cameras: Camera A and Camera B.
Camera A was generally close-up shots, while Camera B had wide-shots. Recorded simultaneously & continuously, without clapboard. A speaker has to be sync’d in section 1; only ambient site/room sound for 2 to 4.
I am trying to follow Jon’s vid tutorial for CS3 for setup.
1. Wondering if any changes in procedure in CS4 from CS3 I need to account for?
2. So, I don’t have 4 cameras, just 2 on two tapes. May I assume same process with 2 TV channels?
3. Should I put all vid into vid tracks 1 and 2 of sequence 1 with some black separating each section, OR should I set up separate Sequences for each section?
4. Editing issues: once you’ve made shot selections, how do I go back to make changes if needsbe.
4. Can’t decide whether to put in a menu eventually. First things first.
Thanks for your suggestions, just getting started. (with thanks to Jon)
Cheers,
