  CS4 Media Encoder not exporting at the bitrate I set it

  Hello there,

  I recently upgraded to CS4 and having some weird problems with the media encoder that I never experienced with CS3. I’ve been trying to set some video exports to 2mbps to go up on vimeo (as they recommend in their guidelines). One file for example was estimated at about 21MB total size. However when I export it its come out almost ten times that size. I notice when I open the media encoder again it seems to default the bitrate setting to 10mbps. Very strange?
