    Hi CC
As in previous post, the question is about CS4 media encoder, I’m having a problem w. the audio output. I read the info to include in the post above fr Craig Seeman, so here is the info:

    Macbook pro 2.53 ghz, 4gb ram, 1 TB HD, 160gb free, OS X 10.6.7
Camera Canon GL2, ntsc, into Final Cut pro 6.0.6.
output is Quicktime movie straight from timeline w.48kz audio in ntsc. No conversion.

Am using CS4 media encoder. Destination is F4V flash video, video bit rate target is .190 mb/s, same fps, shrunk to 500×366, using the AAC audio out offered at 160 bit rate.

The problem is this audio format is creating a flanger like effect in the soundtrack, as if it’s going thru a Hammond B3 flanger speaker at about 5 revs per second. Very annoying, and it doesn’t seem to matter if I bump up the bit rate to 160, which should not need it anyway.

Any idea what could be causing this issue? I am seeing the frequency is being converted to 44.1. I wonder if this could cause it, but I don’t think so.
    thanks
    James
