I am starting to use CS4 for my editng and I was playing around. If I made a HDV timeline (720p 30) then used threw together some clips and marked them then dynamic linked to Encore and picked a 720p 24 preset and went through the disc making process. When I am ready to burn a folder I pick bluray type disc CS4 crashes HARD the whole machine. any thoughts??

Why would you dynamic link a 720p30 timeline to a 720p24 Encore project?

What happens if you use a 720p30 Encore project?

What happens if you take the 720p30 PPro timeline and nest it in a 720p24 timeline and dynamic link THAT to the Encore 720p24 Encore project?

The only footaage I had was 720p 30 which is what I shot in up to last week. Encore doesnt let me do a bluray and 720p 30 everytime I change the frame rate it changes the resolution to 720X480.

    Have you tried 720p60 or 720p59.94 ?

No I will but I dont think it has anything to do with the frame rate. I have CS4 running on another machine and it doesnt do it. I am running it on Windows 7 RC so maybe that has something to do with it.
