January 16, 2009 at 8:51 pmThanks, but those are requirements for CS4. I’m looking for CS3 requirements. I don’t think Adobe keeps the old ones on their site, I just want to know if it’ll work on my Powerbook.
Thanks,
Thad

Still couldn’t figure out if it’ll work with a non-intel chip. It sounded to me like it might work but not well. I might try to install it and see what happens.
Thanks for the help,
Thad

January 16, 2009 at 11:02 pmHere are the system requirements from the readme file on the CS3 install disk:
PowerPC® G4 or G5 or multi-core Intel processor
Mac OS® X v.10.4.9
1GB of RAM for DV; 2 GB of RAM for HDV and HD
3GB of available hard-disk space plus 2 GB of space for optional content (additional free space required during installation)
1,024×768 minimum monitor resolution with 32-bit or greater video card
DVD-ROM drive
QuickTime 7.1.5 software required to use QuickTime features
Internet or phone connection required for product activationIt seems to me that I had it installed on my G4 laptop before moving it to my dual 2.0 G5.
Hope that helps…
