CS3 Media Offline Issue
Hello, I am in need of your help –
I opened a project I had previously worked on with Premiere pro 2, which includes a letterbox title template on its top layer, in order to “bound” the project to the cinemascope format.
Whenever I open the project in CS3, the title template shows as “media offline” UNTIL I double click it – that is when the title editor opens and the letterbox frame suddenly returns.
The same thing happens with two specific video clips in the project, which show as “media offline” until I actually make them offline and then re-link them.
This will happen everytime I open the project in CS3 and is quite frustrating to have to go through eveytime, especially since it make no sense…
If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate…

Try importing the old project into a new CS3 project instead. See if that clears things up.

Strangely, if I create a new project and import the old one into it, the project plays fine, BUT if I then save it and re-open it, the same problem occurs…

since nobody answered here anymore, please let me know if you have found a solution for it…I’m quite desperate right now and I hoped to find an advice about this problem on the inernet…

I have the same problem! how do i fix it? all my titles and text are offline how do they even go offline? how do i bring them online?
