  CS3 InDesign: Resizing an image and frame

  I have InDesign CS2 at work and CS3 at home. When I layout an ad at work and want to resize a graphic element – that is frame and image simultaneously, I just select the graphic and click on the up or down arrow of the Height or Width fields at the top in the Control Palette. It scales both image and frame simultaneously. At home I have to go to “Select Container” at top then it will scale using the H or W fields. How do eliminate the extra step and make simultaneous scaling a default?
