    CS3 – Export video with layer controls visible?

    I want to export my videos with the layer controls and motion paths visible for the objects. Is that possible to do? Sort of like how 3D can export just wire frame, I want to show where things are moving etc.

    are there any decent free screen capture programs for Mac?
