CS3 accepted MOV on old computer
I just upgraded my computer and reinstalling CS3 but now it says it does not accept MOV files from T3I but these files worked fine on the old computer.
Does anyone have any idea what might have changed?
I can’t afford to upgrade the software just yet and while I do have work arounds such as Pinacle 12 it would add time on to my work load.

What versions of QuickTime are loaded on the two computers?

After updating QuickTime it began to work correctly. Thanks, too many search results only lead to the response of upgrade to newer software.
