CS2 and CS3
I currently have Premiere CS3 installed on my computer, but want to take advantage of my RTX100 card. I am aware that it will not work will CS3, but i am wondering if i can also have Premiere CS2 installed at the same time. Not sure if it will cause any conflicts. Thanks!

You can run PPro 2.0 and CS3 together without a problem, however, throwing Matrox into the mix might be problematic.
What I would recommend is removing both versions of PPro then installing in the following order:
1. PPro 2.0
2. Matrox, plus all updates
3. PPro CS3Cheers
