    Hi There-

I just updated to Production Premium CS5. The video portion of my videos is not displaying in my project, but my audio is.

I’m using the Qosmio X500-Q895S Laptop with Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). I have already used After Effects on the laptop with no challenge.

Do I need to run an update of some sort?

Thanks so much for your feedback!

Usually its some sort of excotic codec like divx/xvid or Mjpeg.
Run the file through GSpot and see which codec you are missing.

Thanks Ann….GSpot says that all codecs are installed on machine. Any idea what else this could be?

What would you like to see a screen shot of? GSpot or Premiere not displaying the video clip?

    Hi Ann,

Here’s the screen capture of Premiere not recognizing the video portion of the avi file.

    Thanks!
