crossgrade eleigibility
Right, looks like I’d better get on with crossgrading before the offer ends!
So, my question is this: I have a copy of 4.5 production suite and I bought the studio upgrade. Will Apple accept both sets of disks and do me two crossgrades? Or do they consider that the upgrade was linked to the original production suite and thus will only do on?

I don’t think so. You really only have one license now because you bought an upgrade to the previous version, upgrading a single license. i.e I don’t think an upgrade disk will get qualified as a second license.

You still only have one copy of FCP as you took 4.5 and upgraded it to Studio. You may get one crossgrade for I believe $49. If you want another copy, then you need to purchase a full retail copy. To do otherwise would be illegal.
