  cross platform with Intensity

  I was wondering if there is a suggested workflow for working cross platform with Intensity.

  Capture on Windows, edit in FCP or Premiere on Mac, do some After Effects on Windows…
  Capture on Mac (FCP or Premiere), edit in Premiere and some After Effects on Windows…

  Preferred formats: PAL, NTSC, 720p60 and 1080i60

  If possible laptop compatible data rates – means some form of compression
  Would Cineform be compatible?

  Any ideas welcome…
